Acceptance
By accessing or using DiBR, you agree to these Terms. If you use DiBR on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Service description
DiBR provides AI-powered call quality analysis, compliance monitoring, and business intelligence for contact center operations. The service processes call recordings you upload or transmit to produce scored records, compliance flags, and analytical reports.
Account and data
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You retain ownership of call recordings and data you upload. You grant DiBR a limited license to process your data for the purpose of providing the service. You represent that you have the right to upload and process the recordings you submit.
Acceptable use
You may not use DiBR to process recordings without proper consent from all parties where required by applicable law (including TCPA, FDCPA, LFPDPPP, and equivalent regulations). You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, circumvent security controls, or use the service to process data belonging to third parties without authorization.
Billing
Charges are applied per the pricing schedule for your plan. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Trial credits expire 180 days from account creation.
Compliance responsibility
DiBR provides compliance flag detection as a tool to assist your compliance program. Compliance with applicable laws and regulations is your responsibility. DiBR's compliance flags are not legal advice and do not constitute a guarantee of regulatory compliance.
Limitation of liability
DiBR's liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. DiBR is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
