Pricing questions, answered.
What counts as a "minute"?
Total processed audio time. A 4-minute call = 4 minutes. We don't charge double for stereo, separate channels, or speaker separation. We don't charge for hold or silence.
Are there seat fees or user limits?
No. Every plan supports unlimited users on your team. You only pay for the minutes you process.
Is there an annual contract requirement?
No. Pay-as-you-go has no contract. Starter, Growth, and Advanced are month-to-month with optional annual pre-pay (5% discount).
Can I switch tiers mid-month?
Yes. Tiers are based on actual usage. If you cross a threshold, your effective per-minute rate updates automatically. No re-contracting required.
What integrations are supported today?
Audio file upload (drag-and-drop, multi-file) is supported today. Direct webhook integration with major dialers is in development. Most centers start with file upload while integration is set up.
Is there a setup fee?
No. All tiers are self-serve. Advanced includes onboarding support included in the per-minute rate.
What happens if I exceed my expected volume?
Nothing breaks. You're billed at the rate that matches your actual volume. We'll flag if your usage suggests a tier change would save you money.
Do you offer custom pricing for high volume?
Yes. Above 250k minutes/month, contact us for custom pricing. We work with several BPOs at this volume.
