What information we collect

We collect information you provide when creating an account, uploading calls, or contacting us: name, work email, company name, phone number, and billing information. We collect call recordings and transcripts you upload for processing.

How we use it

We use your information to provide the DiBR service, process your calls, generate QA scores and analytics, and communicate with you about your account. We do not sell your data.

Call recordings and transcripts

Call recordings you upload are stored in secure cloud storage under your tenant account. Transcripts and analysis outputs are stored in our database. Retention periods depend on your plan tier. You can delete recordings and data from your account at any time. Upon account closure, data is deleted within a reasonable period.

PII handling

Customer PII in call transcripts is masked in reports and exports. Phone numbers are displayed as ***-***-1234. Customer names are replaced with "Customer." Exports use hashed identifiers. Raw PII is stored in your account only for the purpose of call matching and is not used for any other purpose.

Data security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. Access to your data requires authentication. Tenant data is isolated using Row Level Security at the database level.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for session management. We also use a privacy-preserving, cookieless third-party web analytics service that does not set cookies or track you across sites. We do not use advertising or retargeting cookies.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Submit requests to privacy@dibr.ai. We process requests within the timeframe required by applicable law. Supported jurisdictions: GDPR (EU), CCPA (California), PIPEDA (Canada), LFPDPPP (Mexico).
